3 Axis 60 x 60mm XYZ Precision Specimen Stage

A top quality micrometer precision X,Y and Z-height adjustable stage that can sit easily onto the UM1004 stand and on most other stands. The stage can be used to mount a specimen/specimen holder, the ideal manual system for positioning and gathering a stack of images of subjects at high magnification.  Using it to mount a specimen held in something like a crocodile clip is its most common usage.  It has 10 mm of vertical travel, the height being controlled by turning a fine micrometer knob with an additional knob which can be tightened to lock the position.  Also there are similar knobs to control the X and Y movement of up to 17mm in each axis.  The movements have graduated scales on the micrometer knobs so you can make extremely precise interval movements.  This is a combination of products UM1301 and UM1303 and you can join them in different positions if you wish.
