Single Axis 125 x 125mm Precision Specimen Z Stage with Specimen Clip

A top quality large size micrometer precision z-height adjustable stage that can sit easily onto the UM1004 stand and on most other stands. The stage can be used to mount a specimen/specimen holder the ideal manual system for gathering a stack of images of subjects at high magnification.  In most cases using it to mount a specimen held in place with the crocodile clip is its most common usage.  It has 10 mm of Z travel, the height being controlled by turning a fine micrometer knob with an additional knob which can be tightened to lock the position.  The movement has graduated scales on the micrometer knob so you can make extremely precise interval movements.

The stage can be used to mount a specimen/specimen holder or a camera, an ideal, low cost manual system for gathering a stack of images of subjects at high magnification.

A versatile single axis slider that can be mounted easily onto the UM1004 stand and on most other stands or a tripod. This rail can be used horizontally or vertically, although we think it is best in a horizontal position.  It has 100mm of travel on a rack and pinion controlled by turning a knob.

Single Axis Z Movement 60mm Precision Stage with Specimen Clip

A top quality micrometer precision Z-height adjustable stage, great for fine focussing and focus stack acquisition that can sit easily onto the UM1004 stand and on most other stands. The stage can be used to mount a specimen/specimen holder, the ideal manual system for positioning and gathering a stack of images of subjects at high magnification.  Using it to mount a specimen with the supplied rotatable crocodile clip is its most common usage.  A knob control the Z movement of up to 10mm.  The movement has a graduated scale on the micrometer knobs so you can make extremely precise interval movements.  

The stage can be mounted onto other XY stages to create a 3 axis movement system.
