GXM-FM Portable Metallurgical Microscope

A high quality, rugged Portable Metallurgical Microscope - GXM-FM 100X & 400X, ideal for numerous applications on the shop floor, metal industry and fieldwork. (ID0990)

Each microscope includes:

• Two high quality plan achromatic, flat field, reflected light optimised, metallurgical objectives a 10x and a 40X giving 100X and 400X magnifications respectively when viewed through the 10X eyepiece
• A 10x Widefield Eyepiece
• Coarse and Fine focus adjustment
• LED Incident Illuminator with half slivered mirror - adjustable intensity
• Robust Metal Stand
• Main Power and Battery Charger
• Rechargeable Batteries are not included and are required

• (ID0992) Polariser Kit comprising of a rotatable Polariser and separate Analyser - reduces glare and aids analysis of polarising subjects such as rock sections, minerals and crystalline subjects
