PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The revolutionary Laowa AUROGON Lens Set enables you to think out of the box, bringing clean and clear magnified details of your tiny subject under the 4 magnifications ( from 10x,20x,35x to 50x )

Unlike the ordinary infinity-corrected objectives used in microscopes, Laowa AUROGON provides high magnification shooting capability direct to your camera whether in the lab, at home, or even out in the field.

The lens body is formed of 2 parts: the switchable magnification tubes mounting onto the camera, and the objective lens at the front. With a fixed setup, you can switch the magnification tubes at the back effortlessly without recalibration of of your setup.

The 8 grade Numerical Aperture values of 0.5 – 0.15 indicated on the objective lens addresses the depth of field for microscopic shooting. The wide NA provided with ample lighting ensures that when capturing images, a lower ISO value can be used, resulting in a purer picture. With manual NA, photographers can enjoy flexible aperture control with their own setup to create images with best quality.

Stability is crucial when working in micro-photography and particularly at higher magnifications. For this, Laowa can provide a set of mounting rings to allow the camera setup to be mounted on a stable platform be it a tripod, work table or a focus rail.

The AUROGON lens set is ideal for use with a motorised focus rail and it's accompanying Stacking Software.
