Description

A heavy duty version of our macrostand designed to securely accommodate even the heaviest camera, rail and lens configurations onto a extremely strong and stable vertical pillar/macro stand especially well adapted for use with the UM1000C Motorised Auto-Rail (also works with other rails), includes a fine control XY stage/manual macro rail for fine control of the position of your specimen, also included is a quick release slide mechanism and securing points for magic arm illumination system (magic arm illumination system is not included).

This stand provides a very high quality, stable platform for mounting camera and lens systems onto for high magnification work. Vibration damping and numerous clamping points all assist you with the mounting of your equipment in a versatile and adjustable way.

The rail, camera and lens shown in the pictures are not included and are for illustrative purposes

Installation of a Rail
Any rail which has a 1/4 inch threaded tripod mount hole can be mounted on this stand. You can use either bolts or you can mount it onto the quick release plate which is included.

Vibration Damping
4 rubber footpads significantly reduce any potential the vibrations from camera.
