XL-Pro Series Heavy Duty Pillar, Articulated Arm and Boom Arm Long Reach Stands for Photography and Microscopy

Ultramacro's XL-Pro series of heavy duty boom arm and articulated arm long reach stands together with a choice of lens holders / focussing rings are designed for maximum stability and durability with large diameter pillars and heavy gauge bases.  They are ideal for use with heavier camera and microscope rigs engaged in high magnification photography.  These stands all weigh a minimum of 20Kg.  These stands are sold with focussing rings or camera and lens mounts which have to be selected according to your requirements.

ADJUSTABLE ANGLE END ARBOUR
The ‘end arbour’ is the short pillar at the end of the arm onto which various focussing rings and mounts can be attached as shown.  The end arbour has an adjustable clamping mount so any angle can be selected.  The end arbour as standard is 25mm in diameter but additional end arbours with 30mm and 32mm diameters are available.  The end arbours are secured into the ends of the arms with an ‘E-Arm’ spigot which is then locked into place.

It is possible to have focussing rings and mounts which fit directly into the E-Arm spigot hole instead of onto the end arbour.  If you would like one of these please enquire.

The COV7B articulated arm stand is the best stand of its type available with full height adjustment including a beautifully balanced, lockable spring-loaded end section and an exceptionally long reach.  These stands can be used with any lens, monozoom microscope,  stereo microscope or camera.  The optional 1/4 inch tripod mount focussing mount (CO7013B) is used to mount cameras.
